	Jack Glanzer, President (ext. 216) jglanzer@thegranite.com Mr. Glanzer graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from S.U.N.Y. at Old Westbury. He began his insurance career with Mutual of Omaha in 1991, where he was a top achieving producer, once earning their Agent of the Month Award for life insurance sales. He gained his health insurance expertise from CIGNA HealthCare where he was a broker sales manager from 1993-1995. It was at CIGNA that Jack first established his reputation in the broker community as a knowledgeable, polished professional. He developed his many broker relationships and helped to form a new general agency, Broker Connection, where he was a vice president. In addition to health and life insurance, Jack assisted brokers in selling many annuities, disability, and long-term care policies on both an individual and group basis. In October of 1999, along with Marc Solomon, James Duffy, and Doug DiDominica, Jack formed The Granite Insurance Brokerage, LLC and became its president. Under Jack’s leadership, the company has quickly emerged as a leader in the industry and has seen its sales steadily grow. Jack is a New York State approved Continuing Education Instructor for insurance credits. He lives in Lynbrook, New York with his wife Kristine and 3 daughters.

	Mr. Solomon graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook where he obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering. He began his insurance career in 1987 with The Mutual of Omaha Companies where he attained membership in The Chairman’s Council, the company’s highest sales honor. In 1993, he continued his career with Aetna Life Insurance Company as a Life Sales Consultant and Broker Manager. In 1996, along with Jack Glanzer, he helped from a start-up general agency called Broker Connection. In 1999, he helped found The Granite Insurance Brokerage, LLC. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in the sale of life, health, annuity and disability policies. He attributes his success to his ability to build strong relationships with brokers and insurance companies. He is a current member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He lives in Smithtown, Long Island with his wife and three children.

	Mr. Chambers attended Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY, where he majored in Finance. He started his career at John Hancock in 1989 where he was a top performing manager and producer for eleven years. During his first seven years in personal production, Tom was a multiple winner of The National Quality Award, which is given for writing business with high persistency. As a trainer, Tom taught new agents the concepts of the financial services field. Finally, as a sales manager, he helped agents attain their full potential in the industry. Tom has an extensive knowledge of long term care and life insurance sales. Tom joined The Granite August, 2000 and has helped spur tremendous growth for annuity, life and long-term care sales. Tom is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the American Society of Financial Services Professionals. Tom lives in Queensbury, New York with his wife Barbara and 4 children.

	Ron Erdmann, Broker Services (ext. 221) rerdmann@thegranite.com Mr. Erdmann has an extensive background in the insurance industry. After graduating from C.W. Post College in 1979 with a B.A. in American History, he began his insurance career with MetLife in February, 1980. In his 17 years with MetLife, he worked in various units (underwriting, contracts and large group administration) working on such group accounts as International Paper, American Red Cross and Salomon Brothers. In 1997, shortly after MetLife’s merger with United HealthCare, he left and began his brokerage career with a large brokerage firm in New York City, leaving in 1999 to join a General Agency on Long Island. In September, 2002, he joined the Granite Insurance Brokerage, LLC. Ron has been a vital member of The Granite in the areas of recruiting and servicing. He is married with three children and currently lives in Medford, New York.

	Crystal McDonald cmcdonald@thegranite.com Ms. McDonald graduated from St. John's University in May of 2005 achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Studies. She began her employment at The Granite Insurance Brokerage, LLC in April of 2005, working part-time with one of our independent brokers. Soon thereafter, she was hired full time by The Granite as a commission and marketing specialist. In October 2007, in addition to her previous duties, she was promoted to handling the underwriting and office management duties as well. Please feel free to call her anytime for her help in resolving any issues or just to hear her friendly voice. Crystal currently resides in Valley Stream, NY.
